Medical Records

The Medical Records Department receives and processes all records on patients that utilize Atmore Community Hospital and its services. These records are scanned, processed, checked for completeness, and appropriately stored into the electronic health record for future use of both providers and patients.

The Medical Records Department is dedicated to maintaining the patient's record in an orderly, confidential, secure, and organized manner. Our department follows all federal and state regulations. Patient privacy is top priority in this department.
